Construction is underway on Caretta Senior Living Sussex, a new 79-unit assisted living and memory care community taking shape at N63W24103 Main St. in downtown Sussex, Wisconsin. The three-story, approximately 67,000-square-foot community will offer floor plans ranging from studios to two-bedroom units and include multiple dining rooms, a resident clubroom, an on-site hair salon, a library, and courtyards for walking and gathering. To support its residents, Caretta Senior Living Sussex will employ the area’s most talented care professionals. Residents will enjoy a maintenance-free, fully supported lifestyle featuring three freshly prepared meals daily, weekly laundry and housekeeping, programmed activities, comprehensive utilities, and scheduled local transportation.

As the Sussex area continues to grow, the community will help meet the increasing need for dedicated senior housing while bringing additional investment to the walkable downtown district.

Caretta Senior Living Sussex is being developed by Galahad Development in partnership with Doran Companies, Great Lakes Management, and Rokos Advisors.

The community is expected to welcome its first residents in summer 2027.
